18/29.- Flanders: Leuven, the Student

A small fountain near the Town Hall celebrates the bustling student life which animates much of the town during term. It aptly illustrates the two poles of student life: studying and drinking -- surely not the only ones (I mean, what about people of the other sex?) but at least those most visible to the public.
