14/36.- Cordoba, "Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos"

We are in front of the "Catholic Monarchs Fortress". It was constructed in 1328 under the Alfonso XI reign. The Catholic Monarchs (Isabel and Fernando, who financed Columbus' travels) lived here for 8 years.
