There’s a regular ferry service which departs from Sorrento for the Isle of Capri where the busy port welcomes you. If you want to go up to the town of Capri it’s a mad scramble to the local bus stop or the funicular. Both end up with huge lines. Alternatively, take a taxi. Lots of taxis can be found milling around just waiting for people filing out of the ferries, boats and hydrofoils.
