4/37.- Camaret, Rocamadour Chapel, Inside View

The Rocamadour chapel is where the sailors' and fishermen's families worship. The nave actually looks like a ship, and the altar is painted in gaudy colours like the Camaret boats. Ex-votos in this chapel take the shape of boats, oars and lifebuoys suspended from the chapel ceiling and walls.
