I recommend you to come to Cadaqués with your own car in order to do some interesting excursions: Cap de Creus, Port de la Selva, Figueres, Sant Pere de Rodes, Empuries, Roses, etc. In Figueres you can visit the Dali Museum (not on Mondays, it's closed). There's a big parking lot in Cadaques, where you can leave your car while you stay in the town.
