11/43.- Cadaques, El Casino

This is the "Casino l'Amistat", a traditional meeting place in the town center. In this bar locals used to play "la Quina" in the cold and long Winter nights. Quina is a game similar to the Bingo. Some years ago one could still see the old fishermen sitting on the outside of this casino.

At the background you can see the village's main square: "Es Passeig", where "cobles" play "Sardanes" every Sunday morning.
