33/38.- Budapest, Heroes’ Square
The Heroes’ Square is next to the City Park and is the
biggest square in Budapest. On the top of the column you’re
seeing sits a bronze statue of the Archangel Gabriel, part of
the Millennium Monument, erected to commemorate the 1000th anniversary
of the Magyar settlement. At the base of the column there are
some statues of some of the most remarkable personalities of
