20/40.- Bucharest, Neo Romanian Villa

The yellow house here is one of the few buildings that look to be in a good shape. It's built in Neo Romanian style, and many others are similar in look to it. This style has no equivalent outside the boundaries of our country, and few countries have their own distinctive architectural styles, of which they could be proud of. Specific elements (some which are not here): tri-lobed arches, short columns , sometimes twisted like bread baskets, the wooden cover outside the door, the roof's shape.
