9/40.- Bucharest, A less known building

For those of you still not seeing what the big deal is about this building, allow me to explain. I think this is a special building because on its walls, as you maybe could see, the architect added the Zodiac signs. If you ever pass through Bucharest and if you now wonder where it actually is ... I'll reveal its location: Calea Dorobanti (Dorobanti Avenue).
