28/50.- Brussels, The Bourse

The Bourse or Stock Exchange is built along one of Brussels'  central boulevards.  Its entrance is guarded by two stone lions.  Its steps are a popular meeting-place for youngsters and tourists, but also a frequent meeting-place for demonstrators.  Auguste Orts street just opposite the building has become somewhat of a centre of Flemish art, culture and design.
