Street
The Town center of
Brno is small enough to be visited on foot. Almost all
our tour will be done on foot. Brno's industrialization
begins in 1763, when the first textile factory was
established. The first steam engine arrived in 1814. Some
years before, in 1805-1809, Napoleons troops
invaded the city. A few years later, in 1839, the first
train to get to Brno arrives from Vienna, seven years
later Brno also gets from Vienna the telegraph and
lighting connections. As you can see Brno has always been
an advanced city.
Now we will turn
around, cross Masarykova Street and go to Zelny Trh, a
