23/34.- Bratislava,
Bratislavsky Hrad
The Castle of Bratislava is probably the most significant of the
buildings in Bratsilava. The first mention of it dates form 907. In
the 15th century the Hungarian king Sigismund of Luxembourg ordered
the construction of the castle Palace on the foundations of the older
building. In 1811 the Palace was destroyed in a blaze, it was reconstructed
in 1953-1968, when it was adapted to host the Slovak National Museum
and the representation of the state.
From the castle
theres an interesting view of the city, lets walk
