25/38.- Bordeaux, La Garonne River

In this photo you see the tourist port of Bordeaux. In the background you can see the 'Pont de Pierrre'. Many tourists come to Bordeaux on a cruise. If you are not so fortunate, you can take one of the boat tours. There are several available. One is a guided tour of the Bordeaux port, from 3 pm to 6 pm. Another tour available is the upstream or down river tour, from 9:30 am to 6 pm. There are also shorter tours. You will find more information at the 'Embarcadère des Quinconces'.
