Because this is a wild island, there are many mosquitoes. For this reason all hotels have mosquito nets. It is not necessary to bring yours. If you do not see the net in your room, ask your hotel. You will find mosquito nets in all Vietnamese hotels.
You do have to take special precautions with mosquitoes around dusk and dawn. It is when they are more active. A good insect repellent will be your best allied.
