25/30.-Thay Pagoda, peasants

When we were leaving the pagoda, a woman asked us for a tip. Actually she had been our guide, but we had not asked her to accompany us. When we had met her, she told us we did not have to pay her anything. She kept following us, and explaining stories about the pagoda. Later, she kept insisting we had to give her something. The more she insisted, the more upset my friend and I got. In the end, we decided not to give her a dime.

In the picture you see a couple of local farmers working. This is a hard job!
