10/30.-Perfume Pagoda, Thien Tru Temple

This is a view of the shrine we saw before, from the other side.

If you are going to do the Perfume pagoda tour during the hot months (June-september), bring fresh clothes and good trekking boots. I saw a Canadian girl with flip-flop sandals doing the trek. She said it was alright for her, but I thought it was a dumb thing to go on a trekking tour so unprepared.

You may also want to bring a big bottle of water. If not, you will have to buy one in one of the stalls you will find during the climb.
