People who live in the countryside work all their lives. Living conditions here are tough. The government does not provide any medical help to its citizens. Vietnamese have to pay if they need to go to the doctor. If one of the poor peasants gets sick, he will have to depend on the money their relatives can lend him. There is no unemployment help either.
