6/48.- Northeast Vietnam, Babe Lake, islets

The Babe Lake area is a National Park. This is a protected territory. Mass tourism has not (yet) developed. There are a few hotels in the park.

Although Zao, Tay ethnic minorities live in the Bake Lake National park, I did not see any traditional people here. I did see some Vietnamese ethnic locals, but not many either. Some of the ones I saw during my boat trip where waiting on a small wharf for a boat that would take them to the other side of the lake.
