12/18.- Mui Ne, White Dunes

As soon as you get to the White Sand Dunes you will be greeted by local kids. They will come to you, and say a few words in English. Some of them will help you walk to the top of the dunes. When you leave, they will ask for money. It is up to you, but you do not need to give them anything.

The kids you see here belong to the poorest families in the region. Their parents do not have money to send their kids to school.
