7/50.- Hue, a Citadel gate

If you want to visit the citadel, I recommend taking one of the guided tours. If you prefer going on your own, you better bring a good travel guide. The area is huge. If you do not have someone who can guide you around, you may miss some of the temples in the area.

It is also important to have someone who can explain you the history behind all these constructions.
