In the Old District shops are grouped in streets. There is a street that sells toys -- the one in the picture --, another that sells music instruments, another that sells silk dresses, and so on. Ask for a map in your hotel, and take your time to stroll around the district. By the way, Hanoi is a good place to buy graduated glasses at cheap prices. In the streets of Hanoi you will be offered cheap replicas of sunglasses, be careful because these glasses are of low quality and may damage your sight. Buy your glasses only in optic shops.
