One of the things I most enjoyed in Vietnam was its food. The variety of the gastronomic offer is awesome. You could stay one month in Vietnam and have a different dish every day for lunch and dinner. Locals eat in street restaurants like the one in the picture. If you are visiting Hanoi, you have to try one of these at least one. Believe me, it is here that you can eat the best local dishes in Hanoi.

If you are looking for something posher, a couple of buffet restaurants have been recently inaugurated. A great place to try many different dishes. Ask your hotel for directions.
