34/50.-Hanoi, History Museum

The Hanoi History Museum sits in this wonderful building. The museum displays thousands of selected showpieces that marked the country's historical developments. The first items date back to prehistoric times. Of special interest are the Ngoc Lu bronze drums. On a second floor there are gongs, thrones and altars from the Nguyen Dynasties. It is recommended to follow one of the guided tours.

Other interesting museums in Hanoi are the Revolution Museum, the Army Museum, and the Fine Arts Museum.
