Hanoi is a busy, noisy an dirty city. Traffic is very hectic. It takes some time getting used to all this movement. If you stay long enough, you will learn to move around without problems.

Something that surprised me, was that locals do not walk. They go with their motorbikes everywhere. All these motobikes make the Traffic chaotic.
