One of the streets in Patong, Bang-la Road, is famous for its wild nightlife. In Bang-la Road you will find the girl-bars and the strip clubs. Most of the girls in the bars come from a poor region in northeast of Thailand, Isaan.

Bang-la Road becomes quite wild at night, the area should be avoided by couples and families with kids. Only unscrupulous single men may enjoy the girl-bars.
