The indoor observatory on the 89th floor of Taipei 101 not only offers various breathtaking views of the entire city, but is also equipped with audio tour guides, high-powered binoculars. One of the three wind-vibration dampers that made your elevator ride so quick is also on display here. There is an added touch of culture on this floor because of an exhibition showing various masterpieces by acclaimed Taiwanese gold engraving artist Wu Chin.
