15/37.- Taipei, Zhongzheng District

The central point of the MRT and Taiwan’s Railway administration is Taipei Main Station. As of March 2007 it is also possible to board the new HSR (High Speed Rail) service in the Station. The HSR allows passengers to travel from the North of the island (Taipei) to the South (Kaohsiung) in just over 90 minutes. There are large assortments of restaurants, convenience and gift shops scattered on the various floors of the Station.
