The other ethnic quarter you should not miss in Singapore is Little India, where you will find shops that sell Indian spices and textile goods. This is also a good place to go for lunch. There are many vegetarian restaurants that serve traditional Indian food.

To get to Little India, you can take the MRT Blue Line, and get off at Little India.
