6/37.- Singapore, Raffles Place, skyscrapers

Singapore is not a cheap place to visit, in comparison to other Southeast Asian cities, but it is the perfect gateway to this subcontinent. If you have never been to Asia before, Singapore is a good starting point. The city is a mix of true Asian (Malays, Chinese and Indians live here) with western standards.
