4.- Jerusalem, Lunch above the city

Sure, it's hot out but it's a dry heat. I've selected a restaurant with red canvas to shield us from the summer sun. It's August, so the sun is strong. The vegetarian dish is delightful and I recommend the green salad and the hummus on pita bread.
