28/32.- Hiroshima, Miyajima, Daishoin Temple

If you ever come to Miyajima Island and want to do a nice excursion, you can climb Mount Misen. The hike will take you about one hour. On the way, you will find some small temples. From the top of the sacred mountain there is a nice view of the city of Miyajima. For the ones less fit, there is a ropeway to the top.

If you are lucky during your excursion, you may spot the wild monkeys. The island is also famous for its deer.
