Gili Trawangan is the most developed of the Gili Islands, but the construction of resorts has not spoiled its beaches. Almost all around the island you will find white sand beaches.
Most of the tourists are North Europeans. They come here all year round. The Gili Islands have two seasons, the dry and the wet. During the wet season, it rains almost every day, but most of the times it is just a strong shower late in the evening.
