31/39.- Delhi, street festival

In early October takes place the Phulwalon-Ki-Sair, the Flower Seller Procession. Floral decorations are brought to the Khwaja Qutbuddin Bakhtyar Kaki Shrine and the Jogmaya hindu temple, where they are blessed.
