If you want to take part in an organized trek you can book it in your country or book it once you get to Nepal. There are more than 300 agencies in Nepal. The best agencies will take care of everything: tables, chairs, dining tents, toilets and all the comforts we are used in the western countries. These treks are expensive, if you want a cheaper option you can sleep in local inns. This is probably the best way to meet the local people. If you have not booked the trek before traveling to Nepal, you have to know that it takes time to prepare them, so travel in advance.
