Yellowstone National Park is quite unique in a number of respects. As we will see, from its great variety of photographable wildlife to its distinctive geological features, Yellowstone will capture the imagination of its visitors.

The trip you are about to see took place in September. At this time, the summer crowds are starting to subside, and a number of its wildlife species are beginning their rut, or breeding season.
