9/11.- Recife, The Black Sea Urchin

When others near me saw this urchin, they shuddered or moved away. My friend from Japan took one look at it and said, "Give me some soy sauce and a knife and I'll eat it." Apparently, there's a way of holding the urchin to avoid the spikes.
