2/11.- Recife, Traffic cop in gray

In general, Brazilians are a friendly people. This is one of my favorite people: a traffic cop in Recife. Notice that the only uniform that is issued is the white hat and reflective gear. In the background you can see a typical street, torn up and partly repaired.
