19.- Pinar del Rio II, Grandmother's house

The house where my grandmother ("abuela") was born and, I believe, where my father saw my mother for the first time. My mother and her two sisters would be dolled up and sitting on the porch when the boys school up the road let out. My mother married my father who was a Batista playboy/politician. Her elder sister married a communist general and the youngest married a veteran of Brigade 2506 who were the CIA-sponsored invaders at the Bay of Pigs.
