Tourists alighting from their cruise ships are immediately caught up in the joyful, colorful universe of downtown Nassau. It does not take long to feel at home and happy, with the sunlight streaming down, the warm, welcoming smiles of the people (more about whom below) and the many shops and stalls catering to the tourists' needs.
