14/50.- Priory, sunday mass, girl

The average Jamaican is not very rich, and does not have much money to buy clothes. But, as you can see in the picture, all parishioners wear their best dresses on sundays.

If you click on the picture you will see and hear the child's choir. They were excellent gospel singers. I hope you enjoy the song as much as I did. Jamaicans know how to have fun!

I remember I used to go to church when I was a kid, and I also remember almost always I fell asleep. This is not possible in a Jamaican church!
