22/37.- Antigua Guatemala, Iglesia Santa Rosa

The Iglesia de Santa Rosa de Lima was originally constructed in 1570, and in 1766 became a convent. Unfortunately a few years later the devastating earthquake destroyed the building. Today only the facade remains. Observe the cracks in the picture, experts say it is a miracle the construction has survived that long.
