11/37.- Antigua Guatemala, Santa Teresa

On 4th Avenue with 2nd Street, we find the Church of Santa Teresa. This church was built at the end of the 17th century when three nuns arrived from Peru. The building was almost completely destroyed by the 1773 earthquake, only the facade has remained till today.
