Everglades Park Tourist Information ...
Virtual: Travel Guide
Hello. Thanks for visiting my Everglades Photographic Tour. Everglades Park is an alligator farm near Florida City. This is
the same alligator, but closer! Although there is a cage around this
animal, I don't feel safe. Do you? Let's move on! Well, let's take a
moment to see the difference between a crocodile and an alligator. A
crocodile has a long, narrow nose. Its teeth show when its mouth is
closed. An alligator has a wider nose and mouth. Only two or three
teeth are seen when the mouth is closed These three-meter alligators
are sitting in the shade of a tree near the path of our walking tour.
They probably ate something two days ago and they are still digesting
it! Later in the tour it will be possible to hold an alligator (only
30 centimeters long)!
