7/22.- Rincon de la Vieja National Park, termites nest

Although the National Park of Rincon de la Vieja is a safe place, you have to watch out. This is a tropical rainforest, where many wild animals live, after all. The number one danger for visitors are insects and spiders. Especial care should be taken with local ants. Their bites are pretty painful. Watch your step. Poisonous snakes also live in the park.
