19/31.- National Park of Manuel Antonio, iguana

Some of the daily tours you can do while visiting Manuel Antonio are the water raftings, on Savegre River and on Naranjo River; the Kayak in Isla Damas Estuary, for experienced paddlers, which will take you through the jungle gorge and the nearby plantations; the open ocean coastal paddle, that will take you to the area's islands, where you can spot the boobies and frigate birds; the Damas Island mangrove boat tour, through the mangrove canals; the Naranjo River Floating tour, where you can spot crocodiles, and birds, and enjoy the views of Isla Verde and Punta Serrucho; and last but not least, the Canopy Tour, where you will slide across steel cables that connect platforms in the middle of the rainforest.
