Costa Rica, Monteverde, a Swiss chalet
This chalet is on
the left hand side of the road (we’re headed east on
the north side of the lake). Evidently a family emigrated
from Switzerland to the "Little Switzerland of Central
America" where peace and neutrality and a variety of
climates mingle in peace. The writing can be translated
loosely as "Thank Lord for giving us such a pretty land
for allowing us to guard it and to pull bounty from it."
