13/46.- Salvador da Bahia, São Francisco Church

The Church of São Francisco was built in the 18th century with the funds donated by a local colonialist. Huge amounts of gold were used ¡n its interior decoration. This is one of the most impressive churches in Salvador, and should not be skipped.

After the visit to the church, you can take a street on your left hand side.
