Itacaré's nearest airport is the one in Ilheus, 50 miles north, with daily flights from Sao Paulo and Salvador da Bahia. The nearest international airport is Salvador (250 miles south). You can also get to Itacaré by road. In Ilheus you can find daily buses that go to Itacaré. The ride from Ilheus takes less than two hours.
