In the picture you can see one of the few attraction in the new Marrakech, the Royal opera House.

Other recommended excursions are the 4x4 tours to the desert. Several companies organize four wheeled vehicle excursions to the Sahara from Ourzazate. Ask for more information at the official tourist office or at your hotel desk. Some companies also organize camel treks into the desert. You will need from two to twelve days.
